Top Obama administration officials told senators Wednesday they're struggling to keep up with the surge of immigrants at the southern border, acknowledging they've been overwhelmed as children show up by the tens of thousands from violence-torn Central America.
"We have not been what I would say successful yet", FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate testified before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
"The children continue to come across the border. It's a very fluid situation," Fugate said. "Although we have made progress, that progress is oftentimes disrupted when we see sudden influxes of kids coming in faster than we can discharge them, and we back up."

Never waste a good crisis...especially when it is taking the attention off the other dozen MAJOR scandals and failures...such as Obamacare, ETC.

Okay, so nothing has really changed then. The border patrol traditionally only catches 10% (perhaps a bit higher at times) of the people crossing the border.
People do understand this right?
In addition, the “child” crossings, defocusing 80% of the BP agents from normal duties, completely masks what probably are massive “adult” crossings being completely ignored. We are wide open to an extent that was incomprhensible just a while ago. All ME terrorist organisations are connected to the drug cartels...they have free entrance.
If they are not allowing Republican representatives into the holding facility’s, how do we know this is not a staged event?
No photos? Maybe its because its not as bad as they want us to think it is?

No defense of the border, in fact, the Regime is pulling the agents off of the border to care for the invaders. Obama is inviting and facilitating a human wave invasion to destroy the country by 2016.
As long as the federal government keeps putting out saucers of milk and taking them in, they’ll keep coming.

Oh, so all of a sudden, it’s “officials” who are “acknowledging” the situation.
Spin, spin, spin. At every level, in every word.
It is not rocket science. Enforce the immigration laws and illegal aliens voluntarily leave in droves. Announce that you are not going to enforce the immigration laws and illegal aliens start pouring in over the border.
It is simple cause and effect.
Many of those “kids” appear to be in their late teens or in their twenties.
Obama's White House does not want Republicans interviewing those kids. Particularly since they don't want the real story revealed on how those kids made it thousands of miles from Central America into our border. Up until recently, illegals were paying coyotes (gangs who transport illegals across) what were for the illegals huge sums of money (like $6000 each). So all of a sudden these children are going to cough up $6000 each for the trip?
This stinks of a plan engineered by Obama, paying Mexican gun runners and cartels many thousands if not millions of dollars to bring these illegal children into our borders. That's what's going on, Obama is creating a staged event for his own political purposes. With our money being given to gangsters. Impeach him now!
Amazing how all those 4 and 5 year olds could make it all the way from the southern meh-ee-ko border with no interdiction occuring all the way to the US/meh-ee-ko border. It’s for the children after all. All the way up to 26? Maybe beck will learn something. Then again...............
It’s very clear that this problem can only be addressed at the state level. Any money given to Obama and the Federal government will only make matters worse, it’s apparent that this has been in the works for years.
Why are there no pictures and videos of these kids coming across the border???
Are they afraid that someone who knows them would identify them as Mexican not Central American and the jig would be up???
Yup, not “children” which we mentally project as a 4 or 5 year old.
