Barack Obama may have lost a few approval rating points with this move. The president was seen cutting the line at Austin's Franklin Barbecue Thursday afternoon, while in town to raise money for the Democratic Party. Lives at the eatery are infamously long, and have been known to stretch as long as three hours wait.But Mr Obama did no waiting today, as he showed up at the restaurant, shook a few hands and made his way straight to the register to order more than $300 worth of meat. 'I know this is a long line. I feel real bad, but – I’m gonna cut' Obama said. Even restaurant owner Aaron Franklin said the move was unheard of. 'That's out thing, no one skips the line...except Obama,' Mr Franklin told the Statesman.

He could have sent an aid ahead to wait in line and buy the food beforehand or....better yet don’t go for the photo-op.

You’d be surprised at how many Liberals will admit, without naming it, to supporting Cloward Piven and how Obama and the Dems are implementing it.
For example I’ve had several say that, of course, Obamacare can’t work. But you can’t get to nationalized, single-payer healthcare without the kind of pain required to show that it can’t work.
Obama’s base may be stupid and ignorant, but they aren’t dumb. They know where he’s taking this country and fully support it. They see the pain that will be inflicted on the way there as a necessary evil (and in some cases even beneficial). They’re just clueless about what things will be like once we finally get there.
I don’t know, maybe I would have told him no too. But do you really say no to the guy who shows up with a half a dozen armed sect service agents.

Aaron Franklin learned from the Mueller clan, Robert Mueller (2nd gen) and his 2 sons and 1 daughter. Knowing that, there is no reason to wait in a long line at Franklins when just blocks away is the same exact BBQ made from 3rd Generation masters, the Muellers, from Louis Mueller fame. LuAnn has ‘Labarbecue’ on 6th/Waller and her brother John Mueller has “John Mueller Meat Company” on 6th/Perdenales. I call John Mueller the “Soup Nazi” of BBQ. He is very tempermental and has a bad reputation as a businessman. However, he is a BBQ genius.
Louis Mueller in Taylor Texas is the mothership of Central Texas BBQ IMO. You will have to wait in line there unfortunately. Louis Mueller is in the original building, using the original pits which are over 60 years old. The beef ribs are so big, it takes two people to finish it.
