If the guy had been campaigning for Cruz, he would have gotten fired, and 100 years under the prison.

Suspended with pay, and a future Judge.

Who would NOT want to do the same?

The headline seems a bit off...

It should read--

An independent federal watchdog agency on Thursday suspended an Internal Revenue Service employee for 100 days for urging callers to an IRS help line to vote for Obama.

I am assuming this person is a union member...

100 day paid vacation...

“A federal agency announced two disciplinary actions this week against federal workers for violating a law that limits political activity. But while one of them — a now-former Postal Service worker who committed the apparent sin of running for Congress — was fired, the other — an IRS worker who used taxpayer resources to promote President Obama’s 2012 candidacy — faces only a suspension.”

For this to have happened, it would not have been a single IRS worker but would have been many employees agreeing and tolerating the behavior! This is why a FLAT TAX or a FAIR TAX needs to supplant that bureaucratic monster that is our current IRS!
