Yup, has been a while, I would lurk so in that sense I never left.
Well, had some rough plowing ground. Lost my dear friend of 30 years, age is creeping up with me so had to change living arrangements, living with daughter now. Moved in with her last Nov. Did not take very well to the change, then an accident happened. My family here have three dogs.
One morning I was awakened in full pain, one of the dogs was standing on my lower leg just above the ankle.
I was in hospital for a short time then sent to a rehab place for treatment of the wound.
I was in the rehab for 6 weeks, released from there to home but had to go for dressing changes every week for 17weeks. I am now left with a huge scar as large as a saucer dish. I had many skin grafts as part of the treatment.
Doing well now Thank God.
