When did it give government the right to demand that the private sector pay for such matters? Think of the precedence this is taking. This gives the government the right to demand what color paint you can paint your building. And, it gives them the right to extract money from you to make things "nicer" for your employee. To see this only as political Alinsky tactic fails to realize the ultimate intentions of government bent on government control. The Dems are using Alinsky tactic to further Big Government control.
