As a leader, you recognize you can’t know and do it all. This however does not apply if you are a narcissist. A narcissist thinks he knows everything and is smarter than everyone else in the room. If you work for a narcissist, your job is to say “yes sir” whatever you say and tell whatever lies needed to carry out the orders.

Obama ignores his national security briefings, if they’re even still being done at all. Obama’s approach is perfectly Marxist: if the story is in the media, it’s political, and by definition, relevant.
