Ok. From what I had read it was on its normal route when it was redirected to a slightly more northern path to avoid weather. But I couldn’t tell you if that northern diversion was actually planned before the flight took off or if in was an in-air correction. Guess we will have to wait to see how that plays out.

I’m sitting in a cornfield in Indiana, trying to analyze events half a world away. That my analysis includes facts-in-evidence that don’t jive with officially-approved EuroMaidan/Kiev propaganda has earned me the personal hatred of the Kiev trolls.
Most people don’t want to deal with them, so it’s just easier to avoid discussing this, which is actually the goal of the propaganda troll, to silence opposition.
I’ll keep looking for truths, and the trolls will still damn me for it, but in the end, I just keep getting proven to be mostly correct in my assumptions.
