London-based Russia Today reporter Sara Firth announced her resignation this morning in protest of the politicized coverage of yesterday’s shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.
Firth said the manner in which Russia Today announced the tragedy was the “straw that broke the camel’s back for me.”

What’s that supposed to mean? On FR, we post from, and lambaste MSNBC all the time. But when some neo-Bolshevik tool posts something from RT, we are told to “look at all sides of the story,” and to be “objective.”
Well, if she doesn’t like being told what to report, she could always go to work for NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NPR, CNN, etc...

In the electronic age, divining truth from propaganda has become an art form. That said, I do like to know what the opposition is saying.

And when she first started working for Russia Today, she thought it was an objective, independent publication?? LOL. I think this is a case of her willing to be a propaganda stooge for Russia, but not this much of a propaganda stooge.

She explained that "Russia Today" encourages reporters to place the blame on Ukraine or anywhere else to avoid tarnishing Russia’s image.
