I also wish the speculators would be required to have sufficient facilities to store their thousands of barrels of sequestered product, instead of the way it is now.
The Arkoma Basin is almost exclusively dry gas.

Agree. All this stuff does for now is kill the gold bugs, shrink the federal deficit & trade deficit and strengthen the dollar.
imho not till after 2020 will the oil prices go into permanent decline and that will be because demand for oil will shrink as natural gas trains trucks & buses and later electric cars shrink become popular. That will slowly kill the price of oil.
