He told me that personally.

I voted against Kingston because if you aren’t willing to get rid of the incumbents in your own yard then what good are you.

I voted for Perdue, but I also plan on backing whoever runs against Perdue next time.

I’m not BS-ing when I say I’m tired of incumbent professional politicians. I only got this way about 3 years ago - was typically an incumbent kind of guy.

Well this “go with who you know” business is how we got Jim Jeffords, who betrayed republicans right after getting reelected, Arlen Specter, who became a democrat, Lincoln Chafee, became a democrat, John Warner, endorsed a democrat this year, Richard Lugar, endorsed a democrat this year, Orrin Hatch, helps out democrats when he’s not up for reelection, and on and on.

Rotation in office is one of the keys to liberty. I wouldn’t mind seeing a number for single term senators for a while.
