IRS Lawlessness: 20 Hard Drives, Six Unanswered Questions
Investor's Business Daily ^ | July 24, 2014 | IBD EDITORIALS

Scandal: An internationally accredited information-technology asset-management firm says the IRS has some explaining to do as our patience is taxed with tales of even more convenient computer crashes.

Private-sector organizations as vast as the Internal Revenue Service typically have redundancy built into their information technology systems, as secure record keeping is the key to managing their businesses and staying in business. Such records, if nothing else, are often required to be kept by law, and often by the IRS itself.

As we have noted, Lois Lerner's lost emails from the critical period when the IRS was serving as a political arm of the Obama administration and targeting Tea Party and other conservative groups suggest by themselves a conspiracy to obstruct justice as well as being a violation of the Federal Records Act, which requires paper copies of such critical emails to be printed and stored just in case of computer problems.

Wish the talking heads in politics and the MSM would call this what it is, a criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Also, why isn’t Lerner already in jail? Sorry, forgot the Republicans all lose their spines once they cross the Potomac.

IRS Lawlessness: 20 Hard Drives, Six Unanswered Questions

No surprise. Absolutely nothing will be answered or resolved unless and until some of these bastards are put in prison until truthful responses are forthcoming...but we all know that won't happen. Mega case of NO CAJONES in government.

Seems suspicious that such high failure rates for the system just happen to coincide with that period of time and those people. If it was cheap hardware you would expect other systems not involved in the scandal to suffer similar failure rates. That they are not points to these failures as not being failures but deliberate criminal obstruction.

The absolute treachery, deceit and treason the IRS and this Administration is trying to perpetrate on its citizens in the form of trying to make them think this evil woman’s emails were solely contained on a single hard drive that was coincidentally damaged “through no fault to her” is patently infantile and arrogant at the same time.

If the NSA can get every damned email on this planet from the service vendors, from every citizens electronic communication, then there damned well are a copy of her emails on some server somewhere. All this talk about hard drives and backup tapes and this and that is bullsh!t.

Start put some people in prison and start waterboarding them. They are worse than the terrorists who took down the World Trade Center.

The surest guarantee of a hard drive crash for 2011-2014 by an IRS official and/or loss of an email backup is to be subpoenaed by Congress today.

I would LOVE to see the IRS prosecuted under RICO. Of course I’d love to win Powerball.

This is not treason, as defined by the Constitution, unless you can prove that the federal government is an enemy of the several states:

Art III, Section. 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Because they put Issa the Fool in charge of the investigation. This will truly go nowhere because Issa blew it. It has given those people ample time to prepare and obfuscate. Be assured, this one is over. Oh we’ll hear a lot more about it, but it will go nowhere. Did I say be sure and thank Issa? Has to have been the worst investigation in modern history (said the Prosecutor).

That would be acting against the power structure they don’t want to destroy, but want to control.

There are two nations within our borders. There is The United States of America and there is Democratland. The citizens of Democratland make their money by taking it from the citizens of The United States of America. The citizens of Democratland will do anything to be able to keep taking money from the citizens of The United States of America.

“Hard drive crashes” are a red herring used to sooth the masses and reduce the political heat. Any moderately knowledgeable computer user knows that a local hard drive is irrelevant to the issue of email retrieval.

What shocks me is the 99% focus by ALL the MSM on this ridiculous notion.

So we’re being led to believe that the IRS, a government agency, arguably the most powerful among them, with records on every American, have every last piece of data on Americans’ financial data on enterprise-class storage area networks with no single points of failure but their entire email system is run on a Pentium II desktop PC with 5400 RPM ATA hard drives and no connectivity to a backup system? C’mon!

I’ve seen old Compaq “dishwashers” with 9 GB SCSI 2 hard drives recovered from 2 disk failures in a RAID 5. You cannot tell me that 20 hard drives from an “enterprise class” email system all suffered catastrophic physical enclosure failures to the point of total data loss.

This is 100% complete and total bullshit and SOMEONE should be in jail over it.

After the Gestapo like RS abuses being exposed for any with the eyes to see, if we cannot rid ourselves of a system of taxation better suited to a communust dictatorship or a third world hell hole NOW, we deserve whatever our “masters” have in store for us in the days ahead!

PLEASE DO NOT believe the lies being pushed by the lapdog MSM (yeah, like THEY tell the truth about anything) but find out how the FAIRTAX would shrink — and KEEP — fedzilla’s tax collection bureaucracy to less than 1% of its present size and eliminate PERSONAL interactions with INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS!
