There are three possibilities that apply to the question;
1. Whenever there is a crisis going on in the Obama Administration, Global Warming is used to change the venue to get the heat off the President, as it were.
2.Asking who is to blame for climate change is like asking when did you start beating your wife.
3. Falls under ask a stupid question and you won't even get close to getting a stupid answer because the answer is just too darn stupid. Responding with "AlGore" only gets them crazier.

Responding with "AlGore" only gets them crazier. But it was algore wasn't it? Didn't he start the heating trend about the time he invented the internet?

The sea is rising faster than anywhere on the east coast.
Climate change must be true.
It’s still July and the nuts are already falling from the tree.

IF the MSM was not so in-the-bag so-to-speak for the Leftist’s, and there was truth in Journalism today there’d be no “Climate Change” discussion. It would have been restricted to the back sections of crackpot publications, and never ever discussed in intellectual circles.

Here in southeastern Virginia, our biggest city, Norfolk, is saddled with an unwanted claim to fame. As The Washington Post has reported, Norfolk is the place "where normal tides have risen 1.5 feet over the past century and the sea is rising faster than anywhere else on the East Coast." Sure, like that spot in my swimming pool where the water is 6" higher than everywhere else.
These people are idiots. If sea level rise isn't equally distributed there can only be two reasons. First, gravity is significantly different from location to location. Second, the land is sinking.

Is the sea rising or is the ground sinking?
If the phenomenon is localized, the latter is far more probable.
To: lbryce
NPR notes that the Norfolk area "is particularly vulnerable because the land is sinking as sea levels are rising." Swell, man-made land sinking too.

Norfolk is the place "where normal tides have risen 1.5 feet over the past century and the sea is rising faster than anywhere else on the East Coast." Isn't this akin to saying "When I fill my bathtub the left side rises higher than the right side."

The climate changes. It has been changing ever since there was a climate. There are natural mechanism that are responsible for the changes. To claim that human activity is now responsible for the change, is to deny the forces of nature.

Who? I don't think so. The climate changes constantly. As in all the time, every second of every day. It was changing long be for we arrived and will continue changing long after we have died out. And that we will die out is a fact. Just ask the dinosaurs.
