Once that seat goes rat, it will never change. Barbor is a piker compared to the national rats. And the biggest problem is they opened the door by having more black people come out to vote then ever before. Which means the Pandoras box of voter fraud has been opened.

Why not? This happened in New Mexico many years back. In the southern district, a politician lost in the primary, so he ran as a write in candidate, and HE WON. McDaniel should look into this.
