It’s a local report. Everybody in DFW who pays any attention at all knows who Ray Wiley Price is.

I completely forgot about this clown. Many years ago he was protesting something (maybe police - he was always protesting some perceived injustice), and he shut down Northwest Highway (busiest East/West road through Dallas) at morning rush hour. He and his minions were slow walking and dancing back and forth across the street. Police were hesitant to touch him for fear of the ‘R’ label. Made me late for an important meeting, and made a whole lot of Dallas commuters very angry. Had the police not been there, road rage might have ended his community agitating that morning.
I remember when he was picketing somewhere and a white guy crossed the picket line and price karate kicked him and broke the dudes ankle. No jail time .
