Here is Guber's lame excuse just in from the NEW REPUBLIC:

I honestly don’t remember why I said that. I was speaking off-the-cuff. It was just a mistake. People make mistakes. Congress made a mistake drafting the law and I made a mistake talking about it.

If congress made a mistaken then congress has to fix it, it’s not the courts job to fix congress’s mistake.

And that lame excuse will be good enough. When it should be reason to overturn the law. He admits CONGRESS MADE A MISTAKE. I wish someone would have “made a mistake” and included legalizing slavery in the bill. Since nobody read it would it be “simply a mistake and congress didn’t mean it”?

That’s always liberals’ excuse. “They didn’t mean it.” I pointed out Obama’s stupid statements to an Obama toe sucker and he said “He didn’t meant it.”
