When are you men going to listen to us? The world would be a lot better if you did

Women want Options
Women want Control
Women want Alternatives
Women crave Data

This is why the "Pro Choice" Movement is such a potent label

What is often missed,
is that these do not bring Joy or Happiness

Second Nobel Truth of Buddhism...
the origin of dukkha is commonly explained as
craving or thirst.

The very act of wanting This and Not That,
instead of being Grateful for What Is,
and surrendering to God's Will and Intent
is Toxic to the Soul, and causes Suffering

Men are no Better
Their forms of self destruction are often very different,
but the ways they blind themselves to Joy,
are no better.

"A BIG part of the problem is that “the government” does not seem to recognize the squeeze being experienced in the finances for middle-class families over the past six years or more"

The hell they don't. It's by design.

Then why is it that women (in general) support democrat candidates more than conservatives?

I call it the "Daddy's Little Princess" syndrome. Most women are raised to believe that "Daddy" will always take care of them and that they will be eventually swept off their feet by a Prince Charming who will assume the "Daddy" role.

Unfortunately, many of them have adopted "Uncle Sam" as their Prince Charming and they vote accordingly.

Women talk to me every day about the situations they face at work and home, and how they want a government that works to find solutions.

A government that gets the hell out of the way would be the solution.

The writer of the article forgot Former President Reagan’s famous quote. “Government is not the solution. Government is the problem.” If this is the Renee Elmers of the Republican Party, am reminded of democrats, in her writing, wanting government to do something.

Renee Elmers is an amnesty supporter who should have been defeated in the primaries. If so, another RINO congresscritter who partially "gets it".

No one understands the true implications of these missing dollars better than women.

And no one is less capable of relating cause to effect than women. They seem to think things are more expensive now because white male Republicans took all the money and used it to ban abortions.

Don't blame me for the sweeping generalization - the article chose to speak in that voice. I'm just following along. :)

“House Republicans are passing legislation with our Democrat colleagues to create jobs and get Americans back to work.”

Unless the bills this amnesty-loving, Boehner flunkie, bimbo (who courted tea partiers when she first ran) is touting are designed to demolish Mordor on the Potomac, then she is advocating that the solution for women, and other fungible group politics groups, is more government.

She has been in Congress all of 3 years and has already sold her soul to big government and the various gibsmedat interest groups.

She still wants government to solve her problems. Dim liberal. What real women want is to start repealing all of the unconstitutional legislation that is strangling our nation and destroying prosperity and intruding on our lives.

A guy is walking on a beach when he trips on a semi buried bottle. Suddenly a genie pops out.
“Because you have freed me from my long imprisonment I will grant you one wish.”

“One wish?” asks the guy, “I thought the deal was three...”

“Look, I have been in that bottle for a thousand years. My back hurts, I haven't seen the wife and kids, and I got things to do. One wish. Take it or leave it.”

“Okay, let me think... Well, I've always wanted to go to Hawaii but, I'm afraid to fly because planes crash and I don't like boats cause I get seasick and boats sink. If I only get one wish, I guess it would be to have you build a bridge to Hawaii.”

“Did I mention my back hurts?” asks the genie. “Think of the steel, the concrete... No, I'm sorry, your going to have to think of something else.”

So the guy says, "Okay, okay. Well, my first marriage ended in divorce, the second in heartbreak. My current girlfriend thinks I don't care about her. All of my relationships are confusing and difficult. I don't know what makes women happy, what makes them cry. I guess if I can't go to Hawaii, then, I would like to understand women.”

After a short pause the genie asks, “Would you like that bridge two lanes or four?”

I know you don't but it is true that most women support Democrats over conservatives.

I live in Massachusetts (at least for another four weeks) and even though I vote conservative, I must be held responsible for the way the majority of my fellow Bay Staters vote.

So if you are a woman, you must unfortunately shoulder the responsibility for the way your fellow sisters collectively vote - even though you may individually follow a different path (and thank you for doing that).

The writer wants bigger government, as if that were the solution instead of the problem.

“Did you know that the average clothing cost for children has risen $310 during the president’s term and that food costs have risen an average of $210?”

The author is mathematically illiterate.

$310 a minute? A month? Over the life of the child?
