I don’t understand why you are making fun of the elite SWAT team. They just knew there is a threat on the plane, didn’t know who — what would you have them do, ask politely, “Could the terrorist please raise his hand”?

Excuse me. But the ‘elites’ in this country have overused that “after 9/11” excuse to excess, IMO.
They have used the banner of terrorism to create a whole agency dedicated to egregiously arming itself to the point of a private standing civilian army for Obama. Billions of rounds of hollow point ammunition, thousands and thousands of “personal defense weapons” (also known as M-4s). The BLM, USPS, Agriculture Department, IRS and so, so many other agencies all have the SWAT team equivalent. For what?
We have nearly every agency, city and town in this country now with a SWAT team. Armored vehicles, mobile command centers, automatic weapons, body armor - all the gear you’d need to storm Fallujah. For what? To raid some guy’s house in the middle of the night, shoot his dog, shoot him, his kids (drop a flash bang in the crib like here in Georgia) and then say “we followed procedure” when it turns out they had the wrong house?
I was answering a question that someone else had about what they said. You can take it how you will - I don’t care. But please don’t give me that 9/11 stuff. We’ve gone way, way beyond that now. It’s the citizens they’re after now.
