Mireille Miller-Young, right, an associate professor at the University of California
at Santa Barbara, is accused of attacking 16-year-old Thrin Short, not pictured,
during a March 4 anti-abortion protest on campus. (YouTube.com)

This sorry excuse for an associate professor should be looking for a new job but I doubt she'd have much chance even being hired by a McD's stuffing sacks with burgers.

As an employee of UC, she should be fired from her position. Especially for physical attack.

She’s pregnant so she got pissed that someone dared show her what she plans on doing to her baby? Black who are pro abortion are just plain stupid.

Grand Theft is not a misdemeanor ... that’s why it’s grand and not petty.

Nah, she fits right in on a UC campus.

No doubt she'll be received like a hero in the faculty lunchroom when she returns from her 'community service', which will probably consist of filing backed-up paperwork at the local Planned Parenthood clinic.

Miller-Young, who remains employed by the university ...
I do hope the victim sues her and the school for hundreds of millions in civil damages.

"...Miller-Young told police that she was pregnant..."

We need background checks for turkey basters.

Is she really pregnant? And the victim can sue her, if the criminal justice system won’t prosecute.

“Miller-Young told police that she was pregnant and was “triggered” by the protesters’ signs”

Wait, I thought feminists were against “blaming the victim”? I guess only as long as it suits them.

Absolutely should have been terminated from her position.
Looks like she has a screw loose.

There is only one place you can get a job with a degree in Feminist Studies, a liberal college! And the crazy part is they pay her over $100K to teach other feminist the same stuff!

UCSB is my alma mater. This incident is just one in a long stream of outrages that are why I haven’t donated to their coffers for years. And naming Janet Napolitano president of the UC system is beyond redemption.

"UCSB spokesman George Foulsham said the university does not discuss personal [sic: personnel] matters.

" 'Professor Miller-Young is not currently teaching any courses and is not scheduled to teach any courses during the fall quarter,' Foulsham wrote in a statement to FoxNews.com on Friday."

“UCSB spokesman George Foulsham said the university does not discuss personal matters.”

THIS WAS NOT “personal matters.” It was a matter of free speech which was being denied to the anti-abortion group.
