Downtown Chicago on the Lakefront is beautiful.

The city as a whole? well it’s hole.
I do not think there are 2 paved streets in the entire city.
Its all pot holes construction and toll booths.

Hit Wisconsin and the roads are fine, Hit Indiana and the roads are fine.

Lived in Hinsdale growing up. Our big deal was going downtown for deep dish pizza before deep dish pizza was the thing.

Wow, I can’t believe they are still in business! A real piazza pie! Took 45 minutes to make and 30 minutes to cool off before you could eat it LOL!
