As I said.

This is an office building. The property is privately owned. He is not constitutionally protected to trespass, taking photos of the building.

He IS constitutionally protected from illegal search and seizure and certainly protected from assault and battery.

This might go very badly for the SAPD, and I hope it does if the guy’s story is true.
