Again, “Maybe the cops were ridiculous and brutal and way out of order.”
As I said.
This is an office building. The property is privately owned. He is not constitutionally protected to trespass, taking photos of the building.
He IS constitutionally protected from illegal search and seizure and certainly protected from assault and battery.
This might go very badly for the SAPD, and I hope it does if the guy’s story is true.
“This is an office building. The property is privately owned. He is not constitutionally protected to trespass, taking photos of the building.”
He owned the property. If he didn’t, you think he deserved the beating?
If an office building is open to the public then anyone can go into it or out of it and they are not trespassing unless the owner has specifically told a person he must stay away.
A person is not trespassing for taking pictures of a building. I don’t even think the owner can forbid photography from a public street.
Wow there are so many errors in your post I don't know where to begin...
THAT WAS NOT THE EXPORT OF YOUR COMMENT AND YOU KNOWI
IT.
You were giving the cops a pass for your alternate universe.
Jack wagon.
how you’ve managed to stay here this many years is a bit vexing.
Cop sucker....
