Russian deputy prime minister Dmitry Rogozin tweeted a shot of Russian President Putin petting a leopard, next to a posed portrait of Obama with a poodle.

“We have different values and allies,” the caption said.

Putin, a retired KGB officer, has a history of flaunting his manliness in staged photos that show him baring his chest while riding horseback through the wilderness, sitting next to a polar bear and even fending off an attack from a tiger.

Obama really does look effeminate. Sometimes it is really striking.

I suspect Putin is evil, maybe another Hitler if the occasion arose. I once heard him speaking to an American high school along with Bush. I noticed Putin was really charismatic while speaking. Bush not so much.

Reminds me of the time the Russians got under our radar and flew 50 feet over the deck of the USS Kitty Hawk—We hadn’t detected them. They took pictures—including one of the Captain-—then afterburned away. Later they e-mailed the photos to the ship with a two word comment in Russian that traslated: “Your F**Ked”.
