Target the funding.
When they inevitably accuse you of harming children for a political reason, remind them that if schools are in such dire shape, those importing illegals are the ones harming children.

If the teachers’ unions (the owners of the Democratic Party) were to let the consequences of our 0 birth rate play out, then they’d lose members (and therefore funding). This will never happen; they don’t want to deal with the countless black welfare bastards because they are ungovernable, but they would be quite content to deal with complacent, physically smaller imported Latinos.
