It took decades for Republicans to learn from Democrats how to kill something it dislikes with government regulation instead of only trying for the supreme court hail marry.

Abortion can be regulated to death, just like everything else.

This is a leftest tactic, but an effective one none the less.

Republicans nationwide need to learn this lesson and start turning the power of government on itself by creating government regulations and agencies whose sole purpose is to harass and bury under a mountain off paper work and law suits any any all government agencies Republicans wish to destroy.

I was shocked to learn that abortions could be carried out in a facility with as little oversight as a “Nurse-in-a-box”.

Abdominal surgery and pain prescriptions, sometime without a doctor present?

Actually, the local nurse-in-a-box has greater oversight since they actually get occasional visits from the health department.

Thankfully our last abortion clinic in Corpus
Christi, Tx has been closed. Spent many hours outside protesting.

We now mark the one-year anniversary since important new regulatory restrictions on abortion were passed into law in Texas that protect life and make this nasty procedure safer for women that choose it.

I'd like to thank the United States Government for protecting me and my kind.

You see, 40 years ago, my odds of making it out of the egg, alive, were very poor; about 80% of us died.

But a lady discovered our plight and wrote a book that addressed our problem,
and, in 1972, a law was ammended protecting us even further. (http://www.fws.gov/midwest/eagle/protect/laws.html)

What I find strange is that the same government passed a law the very next year that allowed for killing
of unborn, and apparently unwanted, humans.  Little ones still nestled safely in their Mother's womb.
Around 25% of them are dying before birth - on average nearly 3,300 - every day of the year.

I hear that by now, somewhere around 55 MILLION of them have perished.
Wouldn't that kind of mess up the humans plans for growth, and welfare, and
retirement?

Strange birds; these Homo Sapiens.  Perhaps they'll come to their senses
before they are ALL dead!

Regulated mass murder is still mass murder.

HB 2 was signed into law in July 2013. Its four major provisions require that abortion doctors have hospital admitting privileges within 30 miles where they practice, abortion after 20 weeks of fertilization is banned, stricter controls on medically induced abortion, and abortion clinic facilities must meet the same standards as those of ambulatory surgical centers.

The problem is ... Alabama passed the same kind of regulations, and a federal judge said that “abortion doctors must have hospital admitting privileges” is unconstitutional.
