Absolutely. Down here in Southern (The part that doesn't exist. Forget I even mentioned it.)Illinois, our usual 90-95 and 95% humidity had been 75-85 and a marked decrease in humidity. 36% today. The evenings have been 52-68. It's wonderful. The house stays cool past noon and the A/C stays off.
We had a similar summer three years ago. Warming? I think not.

We’ve just past the solar maximum. The 10.7 Cm flux average at its high was less than 140. Last solar cycle maximum the flux average maxed at around 200.
Just wait ‘til this winter ...and the next 5 winters after that.
