Ebola can be contained, President Obama stressed, addressing the press at the U.S.-Africa Summit Wednesday. “What we do know is that the Ebola virus, both currently and in the past, is controllable if you have a strong public health infrastructure in place,” Obama said when asked about experimental Ebola treatments, explaining it would be premature to address them as not all the science “is in.”

across the southern border then he would be forced to close
it. I think it has already happened and there is an outbreak
somewhere and they are keeping a lid on it. Bringing in these
doctors could be used as a false flag excuse to take the heat
off of it coming across the border so he would have no reason
to close it. This man is a balf face liar and can never be trusted
with anything he says.
In other words, “bring them all over here for treatment”, since it’s so easily contained (and our borders are wide open - no problem!).

What an idiot. Shows no knowledge of the history of Ebola. In one of the older African outbreaks, it was spread by care workers. Even today, hospital workers are at the most risk of catching the disease from a patient before they are correctly diagnosed. That is one of the reasons why they have closed some hospitals in Africa. The emergency ward is the best place to catch it. The old African methods from the past, blockading villages, works the best. The First World wont do that because it will negatively affect the economy.
Hey Obamateur: Since when does Africa have a good public health infrastructure? It does not, and the disease just kills off the hosts (people), and then the outbreaks stop. This guy is an idiot.
Oh and Obama may not know what “public health” infrastructure means, at least the older definition. It is what we had in places like Ellis Island, and city, county & state health departments which responded to problems like the Spanish Flu or other contagious and infectious diseases. Obama is such an uneducated, un-American man, he doesn’t realize that before he and other Marxists started destroying this country, we had concern for “public health.” It just doesn’t mean we he thinks it does.
Unfortunately Africa has been modernized in some areas and the Liberian who flew to Nigeria has infected a bunch of health care workers. The first Nigerian has just died.
And now the disease is set into the 4th largest city in the world. Lagos.

Kind of ironic that the first POTUS with African heritage is the least equipped to deal with this issue from Africa. I doubt he even cares.
