A CLOCK????? REALLY???? OMG!!! He was ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE the other day for his presser!!! He’s ALWAYS late!!! Lot of good that damn neon clock does. Thanks.

It probably would be GMT or Greenwich Mean Time, which is used by the military and lots of other operations and is used by NATO, I think, it was when I was there. (brag/)

I would assume that the bottom one is a clock also. Four hours ahead of Washington is the NW coast of Africa. Maybe they have the Ebola virus tracked on GPS.
