Traitor!

According to the Wikipedia, Howard D. Schultz was born to a Jewish family on July 19, 1953 in Brooklyn, New York. He's been married to Sheri Kersch Schultz since 1982, and the kids are named Eliahu Jordan Schultz and Addison Schultz. See also a shorter bio at the Jewish Virtual Library.

Peet's is pretty good, if you can find one.

"3 ears ago, I was given a $15 Starbucks gift card. There are two within sight of my office window and I still have about $10 on the card."

I can sympathize. I drink most of my coffee at home; we buy Dunkin Donuts, and my husband makes it. He brews it up good and strong.

But sometimes you just want a coffee no matter where you are. I was at a Kroger store that had a Starbucks. I bought a cup of their stuff, and I could only drink about a third of it. I had to pour it out.

That’s another thing that bugs me about Starbucks (besides lousy coffee). I feel like an absurd, pretentious moron, ordering a “grahn-day” cup of coffee, instead of just plain large.

I don’t care if they had the best coffee EVER, I won’t darken their door again.
I stand with Israel.

Best description of Starbucks’ coffee I have heard is from Mark Simone of WABC in NYC: “It tasted like somebody put a cigarette out in it.” That says it all.

Starbucks will probably wind up being exactly how it was in the movie “Idiocracy.”

I suppose that's understandable.

I just can't help wondering how the ones Starbucks opened in the West Bank and Gaza are doing...?

Last time I have a business meeting at Starbucks. Too many other good choices that don’t hate Jews.
