The only person who said that Brown went for the gun is the cop in question. Why should we believe him?
Nothing I've seen or heard so far from any source makes this sound like anything other than it was, a bad shooting. My boyfriend's a lawyer, though not criminal law, but he was still able to point out holes in the story that make it pretty clear that deadly force was not warranted in this situation. The police officer made a bad decision, a kid is dead, and he's in a world of trouble.
Has your boyfriend ever been in a fight? Because you don’t toe the line any more. Fights are fluid shall we say. I have no idea what went down but making judgements based on where the dead guybended up is foolishbat best.
Police say first shot was fired inside car. Either Brown was struggling with the cop for the weapon, or the cop decided to shoot Brown in his vehicle. Since the witness who was walking with Brown said that the cop got out of the car and shot him, why then are the cops claiming the first shot took place in the car? We haven't heard yet about any damage to the inside of the vehicle. I'll wait before I take any sides in this. My question is, if the witness says the cop shot Brown for no reason, then why didn't the cop shoot the witness as well?
nobody's rioting over all the dead whites killed at the hands of the minority animals....
but let one dark skinned get in a chase with the cops and get killed, you'd think the world was coming to an end...
