One requirement for a Civil War to occur in any jurisdiction are two military forces able to contend for power and control of that space.
This is another sign that the unorganized militia, which our founders bequeathed to us, has been hitting the PT course and is organized and capable of responding to events. We saw it first at the Bundy Ranch, and now this intriguing post by the highly regarded Max Velocity.
It seems a clear indicator that another condition on the road to CWII is being met. Thus the ping.
