Intent to Support the Kurds Against ISIS

To follow up on my previous posts on this subject, and the evolving thread on the MVT Forum, I will state the intent here:
Max Velocity Tactical, under the DBA Victrix, is seeking a security / military assistance contract with either:
1) Kurdish Organizations
or
2) Aid / Relief Organizations in Kurdistan / Northern Iraq.
To provide security / military training /military assistance in Kurdistan / Northern Iraq. In order to assist in the defeat of ISIS forces, and thus bring humanitarian relief to their innocent victims.
The initial intent would be to initially deploy a small team(s), consisting of 12 veteran security personnel per team, in order to get established on the ground.
Follow on personnel would be moved into country and trained in-country in numbers as required by the mission.
This would require flights into Kurdistan, logistic support and the supply of the required vehicles, weapons, ammunition and equipment. Once this was achieved, the situation and mission would be developed as required.
MVT/Victrix has access to numbers of suitably qualified veteran military and paramilitary contractor personnel, who would deploy on this contract.
We are prepared to put boots on the ground and go into combat to push back the ISIS forces. We will do this for the sake of the innocents being slaughtered.
Live hard.
Die Free.
Max
Max Velocity conducts training classes on small unit tactics at a dedicated facility in the East, and has written several books on military tactics for use by American patriots in the event of civil society breakdown.
He is a veteran of several armies and conflicts, including the SAS I believe, and spent lots of time in the sandbox.
One requirement for a Civil War to occur in any jurisdiction are two military forces able to contend for power and control of that space.
This is another sign that the unorganized militia, which our founders bequeathed to us, has been hitting the PT course and is organized and capable of responding to events. We saw it first at the Bundy Ranch, and now this intriguing post by the highly regarded Max Velocity.
It seems a clear indicator that another condition on the road to CWII is being met. Thus the ping.
Max Velocity: "this was me in my third year in Iraq (2006), on a US Military Contract for reconnaissance and close protection based out of Fallujah."
For more background on this you can read the first article in the series: Who Wants to Fight ISIS? (Warning: Graphic Photo)
Yes, it is VERY interesting, and rare, to find such men as these.
So, I wonder, would this Kurd defensive action mean something different in juxtaposition to the trapped “5000”, on the mountain, the “new” Pentagon number now reduced from 40,000? What is going on here? What is true?
Seems intellegence is certainly key in any case.
Read his blog. He is clueless if he thinks he can be successful without artillery or air.
I think now he sees that the pressure is all the other way. All the adults in the room, left and right, are saying, you can't ignore this. You can't have arbitrary rules, like "No Boots On the Ground". You gotta go fight it.
The Current FReepathon Pays For The Current Quarter's Expenses?
“You can’t have arbitrary rules, like “No Boots On the Ground”. You gotta go fight it.”
Absolutely, but anyone doing that needs some technological advances such as airplanes (Not bombs and guns but at least eyeballs), comms, etc. Anyone thinking just boots will do it will probably get slaughtered.
ISIS may have some artillery, at least I've seen them parade it. I think they have been using artillery in Syria, but I'm not sure.
Special Forces team frequently accomplish alot without use of artillery, don't they?
NEVER underestimate your enemy. SpecFor does infiltration and special ops quite well, but ISIS/ISIL/IS is not a small organization and has captured quite a bit of resources.
Regardless of what ISIS has, you ALWAYS seek the better tactical and strategic solution. Going into a ground war without air or artillery is amateur and will get the wrong people killed.
Thank you for the reply.
Intellegence, and the truth of it, matters. Before boots touch down the assessment of Obama’s now politicized military leadership must be found trustworthy to even function reasonably safely.
Certainly, I pray for the brass, that there are at least a few good men left for the sake of our beloved troops, who have not been already relieved and replaced, and in whose hands our boys would be in.
Mexico is conquering the American Southwest without artillery or air.
We don't shoot back.
ISIS has UAVs and possibly access to Turkish ISR.
Mobile ops as he describes could work but they’d be coming up against ISIS SPAA, truck-mounted rocket artillery and recoilless rifles. And ISIS HF comms could see that his units are cut off after an engagement or spoil an attack altogether considering the extent of their network.
>>Special Forces team frequently accomplish alot without use of artillery, don’t they?
They do, but during the ending of Taliban control of Afghanistan in 2001-2002, there were a LOT of smart bombs delivered for air strikes called in and laser painted by SpecOps types.
So, I defer to your expertise.
Max does have a lot of time over there, maybe he has thought of some of this, I don't know.
Max’s main intent is to shame the US (and other governments) into action before he takes it upon himself. ISIS really isn’t that large of an organization. With new arms flowing in an American volunteer unit could get all the stuff they need in no time. He’s also seeking sponsorship, that way he’ll have money to hire chopper pilots. Americans have a long tradition of fighting abroad in the service of allies.
