The truth is that Democrat representatives in the House are insignificant, because the minority party in the House is much weaker than the minority party in the Senate, due to the cloture rule vs. the cloture vote.
Obama is not wasting his time with House Democrats who cannot control the agenda, control the vote, etc.

Obama doesn’t think legislating is interesting. He had the worst record for missing votes when he was in the Senate. He didn’t like it when it was his job, and he’s not going to waste time on it now. Congress is supposed to work out the petty details without him.
Obama doesn’t need congress or the senate anymore.
The democrats whored for him.
They handed over their constitutional duties to him.
Now they complain because he brushes them aside.
Obama, today, no longer talks to mere mortals, even if they are his marxist supporters.
