What I am struck by in this “witness statement” is the claim that the officer grabbed the GIANT ENORMOUS kids neck and tried to PULL him into the patrol car.

I had not heard that Michael Brown was 6' 4", 290#, until today. But, with that information, there is simply NO DAMN WAY that the witnesses version would or could be true! Hell, at 6' 4" tall, the cop wouldn't even be able to REACH Brown's neck while seated in the car!

More importantly, no cop - NO COP - would ever get into a voluntary, physical confrontation from a seated position, ESPECIALLY if there was more than one suspect involved. He would be already be at a distinct disadvantage while seated, with limited movement and the other suspect would be free to move around the car and get involved.

This new information simply blows the originally reported incident OUT OF THE WATER! PERIOD!

Since I have no doubt that Brown attacked the officer inside his car, once the cop was out of the car, ANY UNAUTHORIZED movements by Brown would have been enough for the officer to fear for his life and react accordingly.

With that being said, if Brown had his hands in the air and was on his knees and was succumbing to the officers' demands, and the cop simply executed him...then the cop needs to be arrested and prosecuted for MURDER!

OK, I just looked at the robbery pictures again, along with another photo of Brown, the exact same hat and clothes. It IS the same person!

However, the length of time for this latest bit of information to come out is too long.

In the meantime, they (the media reporting) are partially guilty of days of the rioting / looting in Ferguson.

Since, undoubtedly, the Police have had this information all along, it kind of makes me sad the State Police did not have a longer opportunity to survey the protesters to find more of the bad guys but hey, most of the bad guys are known as is the case from their past. But can hear al sharptongue saying, ‘dang, get me out of town!’ and Jessie saying, ‘Whew I didn’t go there!’

I do not blame Fox. The rest of the media just bought the story of the crowd and kept up the what an angel the kid was. Cops do not take their pistols from the holster for no reason.

The black community is pushing hard ....”Don’t shoot..and Hands up”......so even if he did the robbery they’ll came he had surrendered. The Attorney’s PR machine is also pushing it with the community.

And watch the media comply with this narrative shift! They are pushing this story and the only way to keep it moving and hopefully helping the Democrats in November, is to keep it in the public eye. Forensics should be able to tell if Brown was standing or kneeling!

So watch the media to quickly start worrying, NOT ABOUT THE ROBBERY NOR THE LAWFUL STOP, but about the supposed "Don't shoot" and "hands up" narrative!
