This is just in from the Ferguson PC press conference:
The initial contact between Mr. Brown and the police officer who shot him was NOT related to the robbery at the convenience store.
What astounds me every time this kind of thing goes on is what is overlooked. Everyone needs to look back on every type of occurrence like this and remember truth only, if it ever does, eeks out in minute amounts over a long period of time and big insurance checks of all kinds get written in the end. That’s all.
O.J., gutting his wife like a hog, only does time for unrelated theft or tax evasion (whatever it was.) But big checks got written in the end didn’t they, especially to the lawyers. Think about it.
Trayvon Martin was casing houses so he could break in and take baths in their tubs? No, robbery, armed or not is unlawful. World has Makers and Takers. Well takers I guess take their chances getting dead if breaking laws. Big checks still got written to Tray’s parents and lots of lawyers right?

One reporter just asked an interesting question:
By releasing this information about the robbery you the PC have now put the store and its owner in jeopardy.
Since it had no bearing on the shooting at the apartment complex then why did you do it???
They are exonerating the police by putting a citizen at risk and yet now admitting that the stopping of Mr Brown had nothing to do with the robbery.
He was only stopped because he was in the middle of the street.
Right from the mouth of the Chief of Police from Ferguson himself.
I always wonder when the worship sessions begin of the taken down ... Is the crowd full of people wanting to emulate and receive a big check from or for their dead? Don’t know myself but suspect is maybe why the worshipers show up to honor a possible and nearly always probable perp.

“Police claim one of the men pushed the officer into his squad car, then physically assaulted him in the vehicle and struggled with the officer over the officer’s weapon.
At least one shot was fired inside the car. The struggle then spilled onto the street, where Brown was shot multiple times.
Witnesses have said the officer fired on Brown as he tried to run away.”
The first part rings true, and the fatal shot may have been fired inside the vehicle, with Brown making it out on the street before collapsing and dying.
The last part about Brown being fired on as he ran isn’t supported by the photographic evidence.
I am just saying this is the reality of the situation and the current laws.
I didn’t say you have to like it.
While I agree with you that we may be on a path that we will end up regretting, the fact is that the officer , according to current law, was JUSTIFIED in firing at Mr. Brown.
Had you been in The officer’s place, what would you have done ?
In today’s current reality - that is about as meaningful as a link to the “law” as it applies to the IRS.
I get it. Really I do.
One set of arbitrary rules for the State and it’s agents - and a monstrous set of restrictive laws for the rest of us.
And based on the words from the Ferguson Police Chief, this entire shooting death was the result of an unarmed thug - jaywalking.

The rioting was based on a completely false premise. The cops responded with force, and based on the evidence during the rioting, which you could watch LIVE ON TV, a lot of force was needed.
So... do you blame the cops for responding to what amounted to a 'warzone' on American streets ?
What would you say if you lived just outside of Ferguson, and the cops did NOTHING, and the rioting, looting, Home invasion spread to YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD ?
We all know... you would be on the phone to the cops demanding that they come out IN FORCE and shoot these criminals.
dang ... forgot about the possibility of the free stuff at the five finger discount rate probability. Huge incentive to come to worship for the crowd.
I'm not a police officer so I cannot speak to what I would have done or not.
As a citizen, if Brown pushed me into my house, punched me inside my house - I have the right to shoot him right there.
And if I shoot him once as we are both inside my house, If Brown runs outside my house, and has no weapon, I cannot legally continue to shoot him - for such will be a charge against me.
Has it been confirmed how many shots were fired and how many struck the perp?
SO, in actuality, my original statements that the officer did not know Big Mike was a suspect in anything were correct ?
IRONY. If Big Mike and friends had not tried to block the police car, he would likely be alive and might have gotten away with it(the robbery/assault). Or at least not been caught for a few days.
Certain is known and my apology to UCANSEE2 for butting in. Probably being reviewed. Everyone wants the truth, I believe, except for a small few that want blood.
Brown didn't know that at the time. He'd have every reason to believe he was about to be arrested for theft and assault of the store clerk.
Hard to argue that the police are covering something up when they release info that might jeapordize their 'case'.
The same thing these citizens in Ferguson said:
No one bothered their business.
I trust average citizens to protect themselves moreso than I will trust the state.
I do not want, or need a militarized Civilian Security Force, Just as Strong, Just as Powerful, Just as well funded as the U.S. Military policing our streets.
It will be used against us, same as the Gestapo, the NKVD, the Stasi etc. All Marxist regimes employ such forces to subjugate their people.
How sad so many applaud it.

Not as far as I can tell. The 'numbers' on that have been changing since the moment this started.
