Rand Paul is grandstanding here. Stretching the facts of a situation to fit his agenda.

Just like Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton.

Just another reason I’ll never support this libertarian.

“Message To Rand Paul: If black thugs were threatening to torch your car or your business — maybe with you in it — you might appreciate the presence of some scary looking cops nearby.”

Nah. At the rate ru paul is going, he’ll join the black thugs in throwing Molotov Cocktails at the the LEOs.

Ru Paul-—that is very good.

I’m going to consider him Rue Paul from here on out.

Because rue him we will, one way or another.

Rand Paul is once again trying to separate himself from Republicans by insinuating that a Republicans stand with police, but he doesn’t. He ignores the fact that Republicans have been complaining about the militarization of police and every other govt agency for quite awhile.

All anyone has to know about Rand Paul is that he says that the US should stay out of Iraq unless we attacked first. Preventing genocide is not enough of a reason to use military force, according to Rand Paul.

I agree with you.

I don’t think our cops should be waging daily war against us (and in the rural area where I live the great majority certainly don’t).

But isn’t a big part of the problem the fact that a large portion of the public is waging war on the cops, and on all law-abiding citizens too?

I mean, hell, in our urban hellholes the cops basically go to work in a warzone every day, don’t they?

How do we deal with that?

I’m not trying to be wise. I ask the question sincerely. I don’t mean to eat up your time either...address it at your convenience, or not at all, if you wish. Thanks.

He makes some good points about GuvCo's rise to absolute power and I'm one of the Americans who feels like a potential or soon to be target for rights and property removal.

He's been fairly consistent on this message, just like his father who had a reputation for a similar focus, and it is appreciated. In fact, why doesn't every elected official fight for the same things, the things they swore an oath to protect and uphold? Curious...

None the less, he should have waited until more facts were known about this incident before giving up so much benefit of the doubt.

Right issues, Rand, but wrong example to use to talk about them.

This looks more like a time to challenge Holder's claim about our fear to talk about race by identifying and helping each other out of this trap.

Our evermore progressive GuvCo needs to end its subsidizing its subtle slavery via a steady paycheck for nothing but bad behavior, excuses, high self-esteem and low expectations that its fatherless affirmative actions have socially engineered.

Devilishly clever the way it divides US and makes us fight each other and hate ourselves.

WASHINGTON — Nearly two times a week in the United States, a white police officer killed a black person during a seven-year period ending in 2012, according to the most recent accounts of justifiable homicide reported to the FBI.

On average, there were 96 such incidents among at least 400 police killings each year that were reported to the FBI by local police. The numbers appear to show that the shooting of a black teenager in Ferguson, Mo., last Saturday was not an isolated event in American policing.

The reports show that 18% of the blacks killed during those seven years were under age 21, compared to 8.7% of whites. The victim in Ferguson was 18-year-old Michael Brown. Police have yet to identify the officer who shot him; witnesses have said the officer was white.

A Discussion On Race, Crime And The Inconvenient Facts

By John F Gaski

“About 90% of interracial violent crime in our nation is committed by blacks against whites. The black-on-white murder rate in the U.S. exceeds the white-on-black rate by about 2.5-to-1. The black-on-white assault and battery rate exceeds the corresponding white-on-black rate in this country by at least 10-to-1. “

Statistics are meaningless when those in charge and their complicit media seemingly want a race war.
