Absolutely. He probably was justified. My point was that the robbery didn't not authorize the shooting.

I don't think any sentient being is claiming the robbery justified the shooting. The question is whether the behavior of the deceased justified the use of deadly force. That's the only question, the rest of the rhetoric is just irrelevant crap.
