Federal Autopsy of Michael Brown Ordered As Unrest in Ferguson Rises

Citing “extraordinary circumstances” in the Aug. 9 police shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. has instructed Department of Justice officials to have an additional autopsy performed by a federal medical examiner after unrest in the St. Louis suburb escalated again overnight.
Meanwhile, law enforcement officials said the protester shot overnight, who is in critical condition, was shot by another protester, not by police.
Holder's decision, announced Sunday, is the latest development showing that federal investigators are conducting a far different probe than that underway by local officials into the shooting. Brown, a black 18-year-old, was shot and killed by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, and his death has touched off a week-long series of protests in the St. Louis suburb.

The killing in Ferguson is none of the business of the federal authorities. It is entirely and only within the purview of the local (City of Ferguson, County of St. Louis) and state (Missouri) government authorities.

Blacks and leftists in general support criminals. They like people like cop-killer Mumia. They support terrorists and black killers, robbers, and rapists.
Why isn’t anybody asking for the dash cam footage or body cam footage? Much of this could be squashed if we could get more facts. As it is we will be forced to watch hours of propaganda. I don’t want to spend the next 6 mo. listening to crap when 5 min of film would answer pro or con.
Apparently no dashboard cam. FWIW, the autopsy, and the placement of the hole(s) in the clothing and body can show in what position he was in when shot.
This will be the 3rd autopsy done on the kid. The first one was done by the local coroner, second one done by a private firm by the family (with the help of their lawyer)and now this one. (Local news has stated the family was having a private autopsy done days ago.)

The likely truth:
Strong arm, 6' 4", 270 lb, 19 year old black robber, stopped by police officer, with whom he struggles for the policeman's gun, is shot once by officer and then runs, but when the police officer orders him to stop, he turns on the officer and charges him and is shot several times and is killed.The truth does not fit the race hustling, race baiting narrative, so Sharpton, Jackson, and the new Black Panthers call the truth a lie and urge more violence.
And Holder and Obama abett this behavior, and do nothing to stop it.
The base must be satisfied.
Th will find that there was a chemical imbalance which caused Brown”s outburst. So basically the cop shot a retard.
Slap me upside the head and call me Shirley, but I do not think the Federal Govt has the standing to stick their nose into this case UNTIL it has been taken care of at the county/state level.
At this point, and at the request of the county officials, it’s a State Police investigation. What say we let them conclude their investigation before someone doesn’t get the results their need to further their cause.
Holder, go home. Read OUR constitution. Just calling it “special circumstances” does not make it in your jurisdiction. Any powers not specifically granted to the Federal Govt. are reserved by the States.
I think the idea is to use the federal autopsy with a federal grand jury (civil rights charge) where the other autopsies and store video can be excluded. The cop is a ham sandwich.
Unfortunate as it may sound, Holder may claim violation of a federal statute specifically 42 USC s. 1983 and constitutional due process under the Supreme Court holding in Tennessee v. Garner
Federal grand jury is a slam dunk indictment on civil rights violations. There would be no state grand jury for fear the wrong evidence gets out.
