Wait, it’s news that a sitting governor has taken a lead over an obvious whore of a politician? A disgusting, little worm of man like Charlie Crist?

Why is Scott showing so poorly?

Why is this even a race?

This is a huge comeback, and very positive news. Scott was in the 30s not all that long ago. He came out early to remind people who Crist is...and has done great comparisons between the state’s performance under his watch vs Crist. A lead is good, good news, as most predicted Crist as the favorite.

Couple of reasons. First, despite all the good things Scott has done for the state, he is the most un-charismatic person you’ll ever meet. Just has no spunk. Second, he’s not been without his share of pissing conservatives off. Not enough to make me not vote for him, but has had some misses.

What we stand to see, in the Democrat primary, is whether Charlie Crist even has enough pull within the Democrat party to gain the support of a significant majority over his primary adversary, Nan Rich.

In the wider picture, Charlie was no prize when he was a Republican governor, why would anybody think he would perform any better as a Democrat? Rick Scott has at least brought some degree of financial sanity back to Florida.
