How about ringing Ferguson with National Guard so no one can leave, giving the denizens all the gasoline and bottles they want, and letting them burn the place and themselves into a large smoking spot on the map? They will not be missed.
I had never heard of Ferguson before; at least it’s now on the liberal map for MO people to recognize.
