Mike Brown Allegedly Had Juvenile Arrest Record Involving 2nd Degree Murder (VANITY)
Iconic Surrealism (?) ^

Posted on 08/19/2014 9:35:55 PM PDT by TigerClaws

VANITY:

This guy filed a Freedom of Information request which was denied. Apparently tipped by law enforcement contact (so he says).

Any way FR can verify?

Statute keeping records under seal for juvenile offenses in that state:

If true, I hope the record gets released.

If the was the case then surely he could skip the juvenile arrest records and go through the court records, news accounts and police reports to find such thing.

Early news reports said the ‘gentle giant’ didn’t have a record, but I doubt that would include a juvenile record, if he had one.

This was posted yesterday.

Brown hit Officer Wilson so hard he damaged his Occipital lobe. Which means part of his vision will be gone as the that region of the eye tends not to recover. A big blow to a cop who needs his peripheral vision. Does this sound like a kid who was running away? Does this sound like a “gentle giant”?

Shouldnt be hard to find a story about an unnamed teen being charged as a juvenile in a murder case through lexus nexus or some other news search database.

What A Sham

“Big’mike Jr. Brown” was a six foot something, 260 pound, 18 year old gang member with a criminal history including burglary, “armed criminal action” and 1st degree assault.

snip

Edit: We just read a news story where a St. Louis County prosecutor says Michael Brown had no criminal history. Interesting. When we reviewed their “casenet” site, the case number we had been provided for the arrests we mentioned above has apparently been deleted. Not buying that story just yet.

All of the stories I saw said that he didn’t have an ADULT record. Since he was 18 we can do the msm math

As the clerk’s letter points out to the blogger, court records involving juveniles are sealed, like adoption records.
Anyone who releases them without a court order will find him/herself in their own trouble with the law.

Democrats in Missouri will commit ANY CRIME NECESSARY to turn Brown into a Saint. That includes illegally deleting criminal records, falsifying evidence against the police officer, lying under oath and threatening witnesses. ALL of it will be allowed and will go unchallenged.

That’s the America we live in today.

The same thing occurred to me... The records may be 'sealed' but some of the victim's family might finger him as a perpetrator.

Maybe. I think the officers fate would be sealed if Brown hadn’t broken the officers eye socket. They’re going to have a tough time dancing around that.

Nice find, TG.

You can bet Ferguson Police Department has these records in triplicate if they exist, which makes one wonder if the leak came from them. Proving Officer Williams was not up against a Sunday School boy.

BTW, about those “six” shots fired by Williams that hit Brown. No one has mentioned they were fired by an officer with a blown eye socket and in pain, who possibly could not see if this moving object coming at him was even being hit, until he finally fell to the ground. Williams may not have known he hit the target with every shot, given that the target wasn’t going down.

Megan Kelly never brought that together when discussing the shots fired with the Brown family attorney, who was making it sound like an execution. I think it explains the number of shots fired. Officer Williams couldn’t see.

There were some speaking at the rallies (rallies=pre-riots) over the weekend who were imploring the crowd that, when things started to be revealed about Brown over the next few days, they should keep their minds on the “cause” and not all that other irrelevant stuff.

This is his high school. Look at the notable alum:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normandy_High_School_%28Missouri%29

Someone said on another board they are under seal until death. But they’d come in anyway in defense of Wilson as they show a pattern of fighting and physical violence. I’d think. Lawyers would sort that out. Or the Judge - likely under serious political pressure.

I assume some law enforcement folks would leak this to media at some point - regardless of consequences if they felt their ‘fingerprints’ weren’t on it - to clear a fellow officer.

Apparently “Big Mike” nickname is Mike Tyson’s nickname in the ‘rap world.’ The fighting and the nickname I guess make more sense now.

Obviously, Megyn Kelly doesn’t read FR because some of us have been talking about this since the 18th!!

Would this remain true if juvenile is deceased, I wonder?

Previous criminal history is only useful as a counter balance to the lynch mob mentality going on for the cameras, microphones and media interviews, but will be disallowed at trial, as prejudicial to the victim and beyond the scope of the evidence.
