I've seen black kids and white kids wear their clothes like morons.
Got nothing to do with race. Has everything to do with ignorance.
But the clowns of the NAACP have turned it into race.
And this mayor is wussing out.
What a pansy.

If the droopy drawer boys want to advertise their “availability”, I guess they can.

Fashion is NOT an appropriate target of government power to kill. And all laws boil down to the point of a gun.

is it true that the saggy pants fad comes from prisons where prisoners who are ready for sex would wear their pants down below the buttock - saggy???
If so, I wonder how well that is known by the macho black males.

I saw meter maids without guns ...

Would the racist NAACP be happy if the law only applied to whites?

I don’t think they care, so long as it pi$$es off old white guys. On occasion, I’ll chuckle a bit and move on.

The rebuttal to the NAACP is easy:
“So you *want* young black men to look unkempt and disreputable? And how do you think this will help them get ahead in life? Should they do other such things, like getting face tattooes, engaging in unprotected sex, and telling police officers off before running away?”

I think they should be able to wear their pants the way they want as long as it is not indecent.

If you don't pay the ticket, men with guns will take you to jail. If you resist, they will kill you.
That's what laws do. All laws.

I don’t think that there is a surprise in NAACP saying that dressing like a hooligan is part of black culture and a treasured civil right.
It is amazing how many people think they are doing blacks a favor by exempting them from standards that others are expected to meet.— Thomas Sowell

I think it's a bad law but it's also entertaining to see the reactions
of those who will vigorously oppose it.

So Ocala Mayor Kent Guinn signs the bill into law. it has to do with saggy pants. But the NAACP objects and squeals because they say it is aimed at black people.
Now, who's the racist?

If these idiots choose to perpetrate a look that says “look at me a**.. I’m available,” then they should go for it... but sure as hell they should have no expectations of being hired for a job or otherwise be taken seriously. They CAN have expectations of being ridiculed. But hey.. they want to look like they have <70 IQs... fine.

Doesn't matter what anyone thinks about how anyone else is dressed.
The bottom line is "Are you willing to use men with guns to enforce your law?"
That is the test of the appropriateness of a law.
Personally, I think the saggy pants are stupid, and have trained on using them for a take-down hold (it's easy).
It's an inappropriate law.

Saggy pants are one of the beat cop’s best friends.
When perps try to run they end up getting a “sidewalk sandwich.”
