Reading an article on Jihad Watch and Pamella Geller in which one Muslim cleric named Hussein bin Mahmoud who justified beheading James Foley saying that “Islam is the religion of bloodshed” surely roused me to dig deeper into this mindset from Arabic sources and not only did I find what was said by Geller and Spencer was completely accurate from the original sources, but that the theological ramifications and justification by this cleric needed a further expose to show the horrific and demonic nature lest Americans are caught unaware of his Fatwa to kill EVERY American, be it soldier or civilian, abroad or one the homeland.
In an article titled “Clarification of the rule to kill Americans” Muslim cleric Hussein bin Mahmoud sets the record for any Muslim who “doesn’t get it”:
“We hear the croaking sounds on television and satellite channels these days of people who; chops off words from original sources, combines contradictions, differentiates between similarities and objects to what has been confirmed to the satisfaction of men who follow their desires and casts suspicions against Muslims. They come to us with tribulations by disabling verses that are clear evidence for the pinnacle of worship in order to protect the blood of his masters, the worshipers of the cross in order to destroy the spirit of every steadfast Muslim.”
Mahmoud says that Islam is clear and that there is no need to use verses out of context, combine contradictory verses or to make vague what is clearly the “pinnacle of worship” to kill “the worshippers of the cross”.
“The Kafir (unbelievers)” he says are “two types: 1) War People: The people who are under war 2) Covenant People: The people who are under a covenant.”
As to the covenant people they are 3 types:
“1-The people under a Dhimmi law. These are the people who pay Jizzieh tribute. They have an eternal covenant. They accept their fate under the Shariah law of Allah as they live in Muslim nations. These are citizens in an Islamic state such as the Copts in Egypt and the Jews of Iraq.
2-The people who are under Hudnah (temporary cease fire).
These are non-Muslim unbelievers who made peace with Muslims and live in their homeland.3-The people who are under safety. These are the people who enter Muslim lands as A) Ambassadors B) Merchants C) Came for protection. They are offered Islam, if they wanted they convert or leave. D) Visitors.
These are the people under “safety”.
As far as the Dhimmi:
“Dhimmis must pay tribute to the Islamic state … so its impossible to classify Americans with the Dhimmi status”.
Mahmoud adds:
“So what remains are “the people of the armistice” and “the people of safety,” and so to these who say that “these Americans therefore may not be harmed as well as killed, we ask: do conditions apply to American soldiers as claimed!?”
“American soldiers are not “Ambassadors,” “Merchants,” “protection seekers,” or “visitors”.
“We conclude from this that the American soldiers who are in a Muslim country are not of the second section of the infidels, they are not in any way “of the People of the Covenant.
The only thing that remains is to view them as being of the first section, which is: the people of the war .. So what is the abode of war? … 1) The House of War are all spots of lands where the disbelief is a phenomenon 2) and the definition of war according to Shafii: “is against all lands inhabited by non-Muslims, it has never been under an Islamic rule or has ever followed Islamic provisions. America is where the provisions of the blasphemy phenomenon, and America is inhabited by non-Muslims, and was never under Islamic rule and between them and the Muslims is war ..
This is the condition that was written in Allah’s Book:
“How can there be a league, before Allah and His Messenger, with the Pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the sacred Mosque? [Q9:7].
All the definitions and terms for the house of war apply to America, America is undoubtedly under the House of war as scholars agree … So war is permissible and their blood is to be shed even if [the American] lives in his own country, how about their infidel Army if he came to occupy a Muslim country …Jihad then is a duty against that country [The United States] as is agreed by scholars, commentators, interpreters, narrators and all who had knowledge from the near past unto ancient times … Imam al-Mawardi in his book Al-Ahkam Al-Sultania (The Law on Ruling) said, “it is permissible for a Muslim to kill who he meets from the polytheists whether a warrior or non-warrior (Part IV)”.
Bin Mahmoud concludes:
“O youth of Islam:
Jihad is a trade with Allah, and commanded by your Prophet, the pride of your nation, and the honor of your existence, and the pinnacle of your religion, and support for the unjustly treated, and a humiliation to your enemy. There is no pride nor honor nor good in this world if men of Islam are locked up in their homes and the people of disbelief roam in the land. How does a Muslim enjoy life so long the infidels are within sight!
“So let those fight in the cause of Allah who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. And he who fights in the cause of Allah and is killed or achieves victory – We will bestow upon him a great reward. And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, “Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper? Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.” (Quran, The Women 74-76)
Allah give victory to Islam and Muslims and humiliate the infidel and the hypocrites and elevate the word of truth and religion and Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds [this world and the underworld]. Religion of Peace came to mind.
Why on earth did we ever pay these people anything for the oil under their feet which they did not know was their nor have any way to extract, and could not have had any use for? Every prior civilization in the history of man would have just taken it from the worthless barbarians. We created them, and we still have the strength to destroy them, easily and painlessly, for them and for us. Our destruction of Japan and Germany allowed their people to live, and eventually prosper. The same, and a little worse, needs to happen to the Muslim lands, or else we will all end up dead and headless. If the Muslims ever had the advantage the way we do now, we would have been destroyed in a heartbeat. Thankfully, they use terror because they are weak. Regrettably, terror is successful because we are stupid.

My point EXACTLY! Deprived of their prayer-object, most muzzies would be incredulous rather than enraged:
