John Walker Lindh fought for the Taliban, and was tried for treason if I recall correctly. He got a 20,year priison sentence. Realistically we won’t revoke citizenship from these people. As far as I know Lindh will still be an American citizen when he gets out of prison.

I agree we should banish them and say they give up citizenship if they go fight for ISIS. But it won’t happen.

Moral or material support. Knowingly harboring or abetting the same.

Strip them of their citizenship. If they are born in the U.S., they lose all privileges of citizenship, and are highly encouraged to immigrate to a Muslim country.
