UC Admits to Enrolling 2,000 Illegal Aliens: UC Dreamers to get more financial aid, advisers

We now know that at least 2,000 honest California students, qualified to attend the UC system will not be allowed a seat. We know that 2,000 parents who have paid taxes so their children, if qualified, could attend a University of California school, will be forced to send their kids to other schools. The State of California refused to allow honest students in the UC system and in their place allowed 2,000 “Dreamers”. If you are not familiar with this fantasy term, it is the buzzword used by the Left for ILLEGAL ALIEN.

Thanks to Obama saying “So sue me” and his inability to tell the truth, plus the Left putting illegal aliens in the front of any line, health care, education, welfare, amnesty, the Democrats are growing a generation of voters that understand the law means nothing, the Constitution means nothing and if you violate the law, it is OK—if you have the right ideology or background.

Truly disgusting. It is better in many circumstances to be an illegal alien invader than to be a Citizen. What a country! Thanks DIMs/LIBs/RINOs. Thanks a lot.

How did it evolve that these days everything must be done to make sure illegals get push to the front of line and be given special treatment ?

Plenty of Citizens who’s grades qualify them but who’s incomes can’t support the cost of attending UC system schools. They should be getting the aid first.

If UC is using tax-exempt education bond revenue to finance this squalid bunch, the IRS, SEC and Bank oversight agencies would be interested.

TAX-EXEMPT BOND OFFERINGS -- The SEC, IRS and bank oversight agencies, would be interested in possible Fraudulent Methods WRT misleading municipal bond offerings, perhaps defrauding investors by misleading them about use of tax-exempt revenue; using falsified marketing materials to mislead investors.

Is there a UC “Master Plan” that might describe certain fraudulent accounting adjustments pursued as part of a sub rosa scheme; engaging in fraudulent conduct to mislead WRT tax revenue, expenses, or payments; perhaps structuring transactions as "loan repayments" to falsify revenue.

Is there leveraging of tax dollars to secure bank loans that benefit principles? Perhaps classifying fraudulent withdrawals as revenue on official documents?

University accountants, Accounting firms and Legal entities could also be involved---every state has an agency to field complaints about the accounting and legal professions ....as well as a banking and insurance complaint agency.

You need to find out which banks are facilitating this deal.
Which banks are designated the repositories of education tax dollars?

REFERENCE SOURCE: web site / occ.gov

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency processes questions and complaints concerning consumer issues within the jurisdiction of the OCC through our Consumer Assistance Group (CAG) (and sends misdirected complaints to the appropriate federal or state regulator).

OCC processes complaints involving national banks and federal savings associations with more than $10 billion in assets on behalf of the CFPB, while the CFPB builds its capacity to handle complaints. Under this approach, the CFPB will begin by handling credit card related complaints involving national banks and federal savings associations with assets of $10 billion or more and will expand its complaint process to other products and services offered as the new bureau builds that capacity through March 2012.

Consumers can contact the bureau through its Web site, consumerfinance.gov, or by phone at 855-411-2372. Consumers may use the FFIEC site to identify a financial institution's primary regulator, or may use the FDIC institution directory to identify which institutions have more than $10 billon in assets.

For specific problems with a financial institution other than a national bank, contact the customer assistance:
(1) State Banking Department WRT a state bank
(2) Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), or,
(3) the Federal Reserve for federally chartered banks.

===================================================

COMMON FRAUD PRACTICES: Using municipal credit cards. Reversing credit card write-offs, initially writing off credit debt then cooking the municipal books by reversing the write-off for annual reports. The debt could also be carried on the municipal books as an unbilled disbursement "receivable."

Backdating checks to hide the date on which checks were received---in order to minimize the risk that auditors would discover WRT fraudulent accounting practices.

Reclassifying expenses on financial statements to seemingly reduce expenses. This change in treatment is usually not disclosed to auditors or on official financial state documents.

==============================================

All of these activities compel criminal penalties for the crimes of grand larceny, schemes to defraud, securities fraud and falsifying government records.

UC Admits to Enrolling 2,000 Illegal Aliens: UC Dreamers to get more financial aid...

Did UC and/or student falsify Official Documents, accounting records, legal records, and/or court documents?

Falsifying documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents.

Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

CA is reaping what Democrats there have sown since Gov. Davis’s time. It is heading for third-world status.

It gets more outrageous every day. WHY are we putting up with this? Because we’re terrified of being called the “R” word?

It is probably worse than the 2,000.

Recently, we have been hearing more stories about Asian and White kids with higher than a 4.0 GPA, plus extra activities like being an excellent jock or musician being turned down.

One of our younger relatives’s best friend has a great daughter, with over a 4.0 GPA, a two letter top jock, and a lot of volunteer work being turned down from the UC system. Her sin is being a daughter of two white middle class working parents.

This bs has been happening to children of Asian friends for decades in California.

To pay for these border line admissions, the UC system has been agressively promoting the UC system to out of state students to get the higher tuition. That adds to the problem of less openings for qualified California students.

"This bs has been happening to children of Asian friends for decades in California."

For some reason, though, the smartest, most accomplished Asians keep voting for Democrats.

To the tune of 70% plus of the Asian population.

Who literally are hurting them and their kids.

And punishing their success.

I don't get the Asian/democrat angle.

PLEASE tax more of my earnings.

. PLEASE make it harder for my child to be accepted to college

And the king $hit of liberal support? George Takei.

He whines incessantly about how awful it was to be interred as a Japanese-American in the 1940s (by a liberal democrat President).

But who did his dad support after that? The same GD party that did that to his family.

Takei talks about how "exciting" it was to watch his dad support Adlai Stevenson in 1952.

WTF?

My granddaughter is a US citizen who was raised in Costa Rica. She goes to San Diego State and had to pay out-of-state tuition for two years before they reluctantly granted her resident status. She did pay California income taxes for the two years she ‘wasn’t a resident’. Her tax paying made no difference. She was denied benefits open to foreign students and ‘Dreamers’.
