Good question has the attacker been captured ? Also it is better that the person be captured alive & breathing that way they can answer questions . whether they have all their pieces & parts is another story.

My theory...don't know if it's tin foil or not. ISIS got hold of some chemical compounds in Syria (were they Saddam's) and shipped them to some of their affiliates.
