Minnesota has always been a weird and unpredictable state. They had Paul Wellstone and Rudy Boschwicz as senators at the same time. They elected Jesse Ventura. They had voted for republican majorities in the legislature and then voted them right back out again.
It’s possible that Minnesota’s fickle electorate could swing right back and throw Franken out.
