Ray Rice and Janay Palmer can be heard shouting obscenities at each other, and she appears to spit in the face of the three-time Pro Bowl running back right before he throws a brutal punch in a video shown to The Associated Press by a law enforcement official.
The video, shown to the AP Monday night, includes audio and is longer than the grainy TMZ Sports video released earlier that day...

If a woman spits in a guy’s face he *might* be justified in returning the favor....but not knocking the woman out cold and then dragging her around like a rag doll.
Then you watch his head in the elevator he again spits on her, she lunges forward spitting back before getting cold-knocked.

The AP most likely was shown this video months ago as well as the NFL. Like everything the old boy mainstream news are in bed with the NFL. You know, tv contracts, superbowl tickets, private boxes, you don’t want that to end.
TMZ was probably offered the video since no network would touch it. Like Matt Drudge and the Monica Lewinsky story.
