It's pretty much a given that many ISIS/ISIL terrorists, along with cartel members and other criminal/hate&destroyAmerica types, have been already been coming through the sieve of a border that the dems and their Dear Leader have created.

We should station McCain on the southern border. He knows those IS[IS] guys pretty well - was once pretty good friends with them from what I hear - so he should be able to recognize them and point them out to the Border Patrol.
