The general rule of thumb is to assume that whatever Obama says, the exact opposite is the truth. This works whether foreign or domestic policy is the issue.
If a gray area, bet on the choice that’s detrimental to U.S. interests to be implemented, even if that is a choice to do nothing at all while America’s enemies gain ground.
I just always get the feeling that him on TV is all political.
Wouldn’t surprise me.
