Former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin got into a fracas worthy of reality TV when she, husband Todd and their entourage of children allegedly got involved in a drunken brawl at an Anchorage house party, according to multiple reports.
The former Alaska governor’s daughter Bristol even allegedly threw punches and son Track ripped his shirt off in anger and flipped the bird in the Saturday melee, according to the reports.
The backwoods brawling began after the clan rolled up to the soiree in a stretch Hummer.
Sarah and Todd Palin had been invited to the 40th birthday party for a champion snowmobile racer and brought the children along, according to the blog Political Gates.
At one point during the event, Bristol allegedly unleashed a “flurry of blows” at the host because a boy wanted to “have a go” at her sister Willow, the blog said.
The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant — who has a 5-year-old son, Tripp — stumbled onto the floor and was ushered outside.

What is more interesting than the report of a Palin family fight is the reactions of FReepers who are psychotic in their vapid devotion to All Things Palin (St. Sarah) verses those who could care less, those don’t like her, or even those who like poking fun at the Sarah-bots to see them come unglued.

The local cops released a presser about the brawl. It was real all right. What exactly happened is open for conjecture.
Oddly enough, Sara isn’t real popular in some parts of the largest Native village in Alaska.
I’ve never been a huge fan of Bristol, but hooray for her for punching someone for saying they want to “have a go at” her younger sister, Willow.
Way to stand up for your sister Bristol, and Trace too. I consider any of the family who drew blood in defense of Willow’s honor to be a hero. Too much disgusting commentary and behavior goes on without somebody saying ENOUGH with an emphatic “punchuation” mark!

BFD!! I’m sure the original author, doesn’t know anything about the ones at the Hyannis Port and Palm Beach compounds. No one was raped, murdered or drowned like another known political family. So this is a big deal? Just like the one in CA where some gay dude verbally harassed Bristol in a country bar.

The police have refused to comment, and nobody else who was there has had anything to say either as far as I can tell.
I’m sure that was some sort of brew-ha-ha. Was it to the degree Ms Coyne is stating...I doubt that.
More likely, “wildly embellished.” Considering the primary source for details are a couple of crazed anti-Palin bloggers who have devoted their existence to pushing ludicrous and delusional stories about Palin not being the mother of Trig, about Palin being an adulterous cocaine-snorting crack whore, about Todd being some kind of Wasilla pimp kingpin, etc.
